Abstract
- The article focuses on the implementation of the Zero Tolerance Policies (ZTPs) for maintaining order in the school as discipline policy. It examines the administrative claims by schools in the U.S. in Goss v. Lopez, a case from the U.S. Supreme Court for the effectiveness of ZTPs to enforce discipline in school environment. It discusses the role of ZTPs in prevention of school violence by removing monopolize instructional resources to create safe and effective learning environment.
