Abstract
- The article presents research on aerial distribution of oral vaccine baits to immunize raccoons or Procyon lotor and striped skunks or Mephitis mephitis in the wildlife against rabies. It references a study by Jean-Philippe Boyer and colleagues published in the same issue of the journal. It examines the effects of habitat and the timing of the bait distribution on the contact rate between the animals and the ONRAB&nreg vaccine bait.
