Abstract
- The article discusses the U.S. District Court case Project Vote/Voting for America, Inc. v. Long in which suit against the defendants was filed by the plaintiff for the declaratory and injunctive relief from defendants regarding the production of applications of rejected voter registration. Information on the public disclosure provisions of the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) is presented, and the defendant moved to stay pending judgment. The defendants' motion was granted by the Court.
