Abstract
- The article presents transcripts of a panel discussion held on November 28, 2010 on the topics related to the reporting of uncertain tax authority and position for the risk assessment of taxpayers in the U.S., Great Britain, Australia and Canada. Information on the need for disclosure of information for specific transactions and also the impact of that disclosure on the taxpayers and the tax advisers is also presented.
