Publicness in the Viewpoint of Governance.

From the perspective of governance, government, market and civil society all share some kind of publicness, which has a specific context and meaning. Publicness is the foundation of cooperation between state, market and civil society. Meanwhile, the value of publicness and its goals could be achieved in the process of regulating government, market and civil society. The publicness in the viewpoint of governance is based on the maximization of public interest by taking it as the starting point as well as the field. In the specific activities of governance, publicness generates from the public sphere which meanwhile builds a bridge of exchange and cooperation to realize publicness.
