Abstract
- The article presents information on the review of patent law of Canada related to improper declaimer, impermissible dedications and breach of duty. It further discusses each of the review with reference to several trails and its decisions. It then discusses several sections of the patent law. It also focuses on the exploitation of law for advantages.
