Abstract

Abstract: As a tool, Comprehensive Evaluation based on fuzzy matter-element model provides a way to calculate risks. This paper introduces the common theory of fuzzy matter-element model evaluation, puts up general procedures of risk evaluation based on fuzzy matter-element model evaluation, and establishes model of fuzzy matter-element model risk evaluation as well as comprehensive evaluation method based on fuzzy matter-element model. This paper, through a real project, analyses risks exist in the project of Caiyuanba Bridge in Chongqing from the view of proprietor with fuzzy matter-element model evaluation applied, and the results verifies the superiority and feasibility of the method and its good efficiency in project risk management.
