Abstract: The article offers the author's insights on the success of the journal "Women in Higher Education" (WIHE). The author notes that WIHE served women from January 1992 to December 2011 with women's perspective on campus events and programs. She cites that her measures of success include meeting women campus leaders and WIHE's recognition by National Association of Women in Education (NAWE). She adds that one of the changes in women is that they are more committed to higher education than men.
