Abstract

The article discusses the Canadian federal court case Corlac Inc. v Weatherford Canada Ltd. related to the scope of the duty of good faith in the prosecution of patent applications. According to the Patent Act of Canada, under section 73(1)(a) patent applications should be in good faith. Lundbeck Canada Inc. v Ratiopharm Inc. patent court case is also mentioned.
