Abstract
- The article discusses the research paper, "Using Technology to Personalize Learning and Assess Students in Real-Time," which was presented at a forum at Brookings Institution on October 6, 2011. The paper examined new instructional models that were made real through digital technologies. It mentions cases of schools that demonstrated the advantages of digital technologies to deliver personalized learning. It also suggests the need for policy changes for the adoption of educational technology.
