Abstract

The article focuses on the study which describes the structure and oxidation-reduction potential (ORP) of the 8-replaced FAD with molecular mass 0f 799 as cofactor. It says that the hydrogen-nuclear magnetic resonance (H-NMR) spectrum of the cofactor fraction from enzyme showed that the 8-replaced FAD was 8-formyl-FAD. It adds that the open and hemiacetal forms of the oxidation-reduction potentials were estimated by cyclic voltammetry.
