Abstract: The article discusses the use of a fuzzy programming tool in designing a product recovery network. It references a study in the April 16, 2010 issue of the "European Journal of Operational Research," about the formulation of three fuzzy programming models based on credibility theory. It proposes the use of a hybrid intelligent algorithm to integrate the fuzzy simulation and the genetic algorithm. The algorithm's effectiveness and the models' solutions are illustrated.
