Abstract
- The article discusses a court case wherein a balancing process is applied by the New South Wales Court of Appeals in the disclosure of government publications for public interest. It notes that the subject matter of documents in a claim is the basis for disclosure proceedings. It mentions that currency and controversy must be absent in immunity attached to documents.
