Abstract: The author reflects on the laser technology developed for pediatric dentistry in the U.S. He notes that lasers are applied in all dental fields including oral surgery diagnosis, cavity preparation, and endodontics. The author also mentions the importance of laser applications for the treatment of teeth problems in children relative to micro-dentistry.
