Abstract: The article analyzes the need for a lawyer in estate planning. Hiring the services of a lawyer reportedly depends whether one can handle the legal work for estate planning by himself or not. Estate planning basically involves preparing a basic will and other relevant legal documents. However, if one's situation is complex, it is said that seeking professional help is the way to go and the cost may be well worth it.
