Abstract

The article focuses on fulfilling fitness needs through virtual and interactive technology. Virtual and interactive technology can fulfill fitness needs if three components of a total fitness program, namely, strength, stamina, and suppleness, are covered by doing resistance training, cardio training, and stretching. Some of the latest in real-time fitness and fusion include Fitness First Cinefit, Zumba, Yogalates, freeFORM and Koga.
