Abstract

The article highlights an exploratory research study which investigated potential pair wise single-nucleotide polymorphism (SNP)-SNP interactions from inflammatory genes in patients with gliomagenesis in the U.S. and Great Britain. Potential SNP interactions were analyzed between SNPs located in different chromosomes or genes. The data mining strategy found significant SNP-SNP interactions from immune-related genes.
