Abstract: Big flux laser particle counter and auto scan worktable was used to realize leak detection of high efficiency filter in this paper. Particles gathered by laser particle counter and the location of high efficiency filter were corresponded by MSP430F149 to realize find leak accurately. The error of the system was below 0.05mm.
