Abstract
- The article provides information on a study which investigated the role of dicer in tumorigenesis in glioma cells. The study discussed the role of micro ribonucleic acid (RNA) in physiological processes. To determine the role of Dicer, the transformation properties of transfected glioma cells were analyzed in the research. The study also designed a small interfering ribonucleic acid (siRNA) targeting Dicer to comprehensively depress maturation of messenger ribonucleic acid (miRNA).
