Abstract

The article discusses the growing number of the population of Hispanic-Americans in the U.S. It states that the said population has increased to 100 million in which the Hispanic immigrants and their offsprings have accounted 29 million. It notes that the Hispanic is now 15 percent of the U.S. population and is expected to grow to 25 percent in 2050. It also mentions that despite the large Hispanic population, its voting percentage in the midterm election is low.
