Abstract
- Information about human rights and social justice advocator Clement Osbourne Payne is presented. He was born in Trinidad in 1904 and studied at the Bay Street Boys' Elementary School. He worked as a junior clerk in 1927 and became an intense orator. He died in 1941 due to his activism works but despite the incident, he was remembered as one of the individuals who brought changes in modern British West Indies.
