Abstract: The article reports on the frustration of Turkey caused by Syria's unwillingness to implement reforms. Syrian President Bashar al-Assad and its officials has broken their promise to carry out reforms which caused the frustration of Turkey and plans for a western strike on Syria. The concocting plan of Turkey might result in a possible refugee crisis where it was discussed by top government and military officials after a group of 250 Syrian citizens have crossed the border into Turkey.
