Development of circular economy and optimization of industrial structure for Shandong Province.

Abstract: This paper analyzes the status of industrial structure and resources and environment in Shandong Province, and discusses the problems in adjusting Shandong''s industrial structure. Using circular economy theory, we propose countermeasures for adjustment and optimization of Shandong''s industrial structure, which is important for conversion of economic growth pattern and improvement of the overall national economy''s quality and efficiency in Shandong Province.
