Abstract
- The article presents the top stories about poker in the first half of 2011. PokerStars and Wynn Resorts have announced a partnership to support the legislation of online poker in the U.S. The battle of the sites over the competing television properties reportedly continues as World Series of Poker (WSOP) remains the most relevant event in poker. Poker player Erik Seidel has won more than 4.5 million U.S. dollars in poker tournaments over the first half of the year.
