Isolation of a variant Porphyromonas sp. from polymicrobial infections in central bearded dragons (Pogona vitticeps).

The article discusses a report on the isolation and preliminary identification of a reptile-associated Porphyromonas variant that represents a new species and describes a Porphyromonas-associated clinical infections in reptiles.
