ECDL Workshop on Exploring Musical Information Spaces, Corfu 1-2 October 2009.

Information about the Workshop on Exploring Musical Information Spaces (WEMIS) at the 13th European Conference on Digital Libraries held October 1 and 2, 2009 in Corfu, Greece, is presented. Topics include the development of music digital libraries and problems in music information retrieval. The workshop, which was organized by Nicola Orio, Andreas Rauber, and David Rizo, was also divided in two different days to develop socialization among the participants to encourage the exchange of ideas.
