Entrepreneurial Learning under a Multi-dimensional Perspective.

Entrepreneurial learning is a hot issue in studies on entrepreneurship. In this paper, we reviewed the current researches on entrepreneurial learning from the perspectives of behaviorism, pragmatism, cognitive constructivism, humanism, and systematic theory in order to acquire an integrated understanding of the studies on entrepreneurial learning conducted from a multi-dimensional perspective. On this basis, we analyzed the purpose, subject, channel and process of entrepreneurial learning to reveal its essential contents. Finally, we pointed out the future directions of entrepreneurial learning from the following three aspects: the definition, the research methodology, and the sinicization of entrepreneurial learning.
