Abstract

The article evaluates the gastrointestinal and hematologic adverse events after administration of chemotherapeutic agents, namely vincristine, cyclophosphamide and doxorubicin, in dogs with lymphoma. The Veterinary Co-operative Oncology Group common terminology criteria for adverse events is used in this study. The materials and methods used in this study are detailed. The rate of patients that experienced adverse events after administration of the drugs is compared. The first remission duration between groups that experienced and did not experienced neutropenia is also compared.
