Abstract

Chapter three of the book "Exposures: Photography and Flight" is presented. It states that pilots of war in 1914-1918 brought along their cameras to take pictures of places from the air. The pictures that were taken revealed to the viewers scenes of what war can destroy. Pilots of bombers had assisted in planning aerial survey and by these means the system has served as a descendant for the development of commerce through airplanes.
