Abstract

The article focuses on the investigation involved in court cases which is usually referred as case investigation or fact investigation. It states that the two main concepts of case investigation are the legality of evidence, and the presentation of the evidence to win a court trial. It discusses the two forms of case investigation which are the informal investigation or the gathering of information and legal documents, and the formal discovery or the evidence-gathering tools in a legal system.
