Abstract
- The article presents the author's perspective regarding the importance of volunteerism particularly for the Minnesota Psychological Association (MPA). The author discusses how volunteerism strengthens and help organizations grow while mentioning the upcoming volunteer leadership election in the MPA. Furthermore, the author also explores the issue of declining membership and its sustainability.
