The West Must Expend Resources Wisely in Yemen.

The article examines the possibility of a dual-track approach to boosting security and economic development in Yemen. The proposal was made by the U.S. to allocate 1.2 billion U.S. dollars of military equipment and training to fight al-Qaida in Yemen. The U.S. and other Western countries are called upon to spend their money wisely if they want to promote security and development in the 21st century.
