Meeting of the German OIDFA members in Hermannsburg 2009.

The article discusses the highlights of the meeting of the German members of the Organisation Internationale de la Dentelle au Fuseau et à l'Aguille (OIDFA) held at the 2009 Whitsun in Celle, Germany. The meeting started with a guided visit to the exhibitions of the German Museum of Embroidery Patterns, which houses the collection of several pieces trimmed with bobbin and needle lace. A lecture was also presented by Women's Art Association of Hamilton's President Jutta Busch, which focused on the traditional Hermannsburg evangelical costume.
