Abstract

The article presents a case study which focuses on the launch of Apple Inc.'s iPhone product in India. It highlights features of iPhone which offers devices including an Internet device, iPod and a phone. However, it reveals that due to Apple Inc.'s low levels of price-product performance, the company has gained no benefits offered by the country's telecom industry.
