ASLB denies challenge in North Anna-3 proceeding.

The Atomic Safety and Licensing Board (ASLB) on September 2, 2010 has dismissed Dominion Generation's combined construction and operating license (COL) application for North Anna-3 in Virginia as moot. The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has finished the third stage of the environmental review for UniStar Nuclear Energy's COL application for Calvert Cliffs-3 in Maryland.
