Abstract
- The article reports on a March 2010 convention held in Thuringia, Germany, and titled "The European Prospects of the Balkans." Specific focus was on the Balkan states' internal civil development in certain areas and their prospects for admission as members to the European Union (EU). Presentations addressed such topics as the consolidation of democracy in the Balkans, the situation in the Moldavian Republic, and linguistic nationalism.
