Abstract

The article presents weight-loss programs. The low-fat option will boost daily vitamin, mineral, and fiber intake due to its emphasis on carbohydrates. The Isocaloric option will make insulin levels relatively low and result in fewer food cravings and less hunger. The Low-carb option does not allow eating sugary processed foods.
