The article discusses the integration of the Internet into the concepts of career advising, counseling, services and development, which is intended to provide college students with a personalize way of communicating with career counselors. Counselors are able to communicate with student through online chat rooms, discussion forums, voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) and video over Internet. My Vocational Situation (MVS) is an example of an online instrument which is also available to both counselors and students.
