Chapter 2 of the book "Patent, Copyright & Trademark" is presented. It presents information on copyright. A copyright gives the owner of a creative work the right to keep others from unauthorized use of the work. The moment the work assumes a tangible form, the creative work is protected by copyright . A copyright is owned by the person who created the work, but there are three exceptions.
