Effect of dietary high copper on the bursa of fabricius in ducklings.

The presents a study which examines the effect of dietary high copper on the bursa of fabricius in ducklings using the method of experimental pathology and flow cytometry (FCM). The study divided ducklings into six groups which are fed on different diets and reveals the histological changes of each. Moreover, the article gives a conclusion that dietary copper in excess of 400 mg/kg can cause pathological changes in the bursa of Fabricius and impaired function of humoral immunity in ducklings.
