Abstract

The article reports on the veterinary study of Huang Xiao-yan and colleagues which compared the adjuvanticity of sulfated astragalus polysaccharides. It states that the chicken were vaccinated and blood sampled by cardiopuncture to determine the peripheral T lymphocyte proliferation. The results indicate that the modified sAPSs could enhance antibody titer and promote lymphocyte proliferation which can pass as a new immunopotentiator.
