Abstract

The article discusses the contribution of career development to national policy programs and formulations based on research. It states that the ability of career development involvement to create changes in a person's life is worth considering. It proposes an initiative that will change the capacity of the career development profession making micro-contributions be assessed as real differences in the lives of people who experience career development learning in its diverse forms.
