EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S REPORT.

The article presents information on the annual executive director's report of the Australian Library & Information Association (ALIA). The director describes the challenges faced by ALIA due to global financial crises and as a non-profit organization it does not receive government funding. Its two sources of income are membership fees and investments. The report discusses the natinal office restructure and migration of the systems and integration of the financial module to the whole-office system.
