Abstract

Today, we are increasingly faced with nihilism, a key symptom of modernity. This fact indicates it is in the cultivation of the individual's sound mentality that the essence of current education actually lies. But with the classical understanding that knowledge is virtue fading out, the knowledge interest in modern education has been becoming worship of power, in which the modern education has lost its direction. In light of this, we need to reaffirm this classical understanding of knowledge, relive and enhance the theme of classical education, and safeguard its metaphysical taste to make up for the inherent defects of current education.
