Abstract: The article presents the author's views on political dynasties in the Philippines. He states the politicians running for presidency in the May 10, 2010 election belonging from powerful clans including Senator Benigno Aquino, Senator Manny Villar, and former President Joseph Estrada. He mentions the political system existing in the government that only protects personal interest which results to violence and worsens the condition and governance of the country.
