Hamilton Relay Helps California Address Deaf, Blind, Speech-Disabled Requirements.

An interview with Hamilton Relay director of marketing Anne Girard is presented. Regarding their contract with the State of California to provide free telecommunications services for deaf, hard-hearing, deaf-blind or speech disabled with other people, Girard notes that the uniqueness of the California relay allows users to the service to select a provider even if it is only for customers of the California Relay Service. She states that they also provide Internet Relay services outside the California contract.
