Abstract
- The article reports on the plan of Canada-based Cameco Corporation to produce 21.5 million pounds of U<subscript>3</subscript>O<subscript>8</subscript> (triuranium octoxide) in 2010. The increase is prompted by the plan of the company to double production at the Inkai mine in Kazakhstan. It is anticipated by the company that it will sell between 31 million and 33 million pounds of triuranium octoxide in 2010.
