Abstract
- Corporation deadlock is described as the Corporation's "suicidal" act. In that situation, Corporation's policy can not be made and Corporation can not be operated properly, which leads to not only heavy losses of interests to shareholders, creditors, managers, employees etc. but also serious wastes of Corporation's resource. As the ultimate means of resolving conflicts of interests, intervening in corporation deadlock and providing relief, judicature has profound theoretical basis of legal sociology and law and economics.
