Abstract

An interview with Cesare Avenia, Ericsson's head of market unit South East Europe, is presented. When asked about his professional background, he cites his positions dedicated to the telecommunications industry and his experience as an industrial marketing teacher at the university level. Avenia describes Ericsson's overall strategy to build on its leading portfolio in mobile and converged networks, services and multimedia. He shares that Ericsson's branding strategy is the ability to bring sustainable value to all stakeholders.
