Abstract
- The article presents an analysis of the themes of Robert Frost's three poems. It says that the "Birches," is about Frost's boyhood pastime of swinging on a birch tree in which Frost sees the activity of swinging as a process of resurrection. It also states that Frost talks about his determination to continue living in an imperfect world in "Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening." It adds that Frost points that human beings are similar to leaves that must be buried and rot in "A Leaf-Treader."
